Wrench Partners with Tirescanner.com to Bring On-Demand Mobile Tire Installation to Fleets

Partnership will decrease downtime and reduce costs for fleet operators across the U.S.

Wrench, the mobile vehicle maintenance and repair solution that brings dealer-quality service directly to consumers and fleet managers across the U.S., today announced a partnership with Tirescanner, the leading U.S. online tire retailer and mobile tire installation service, to offer on-demand mobile tire installation to fleet vehicles.

Through this partnership, Wrench technicians will have access to Tirescanner’s nationwide network of mobile tire vans, enabling next-day install scheduling of any brand or tire for most fleet vehicles at the drivers home, or place convenient to them. The partnership comes on the heels of a 300 percent year-over-year increase in Wrench’s fleet business. Together, Wrench and Tirescanner are innovating how the fleet industry approaches mechanical repairs and tire installation for all types of fleet vehicles.

Wrench allows users to schedule vehicle maintenance and repair service with full-time, ASE-certified mechanics who travel directly to the customer’s destination. Wrench mechanics make the experience hassle-free, servicing cars and trucks of varying makes and models with unparalleled quality of service.

“We’re hyper-focused on meeting the needs of our customers, and tires is a consistent pain point we hear about from both consumers and fleet operators,” said Casey Willis, co-founder and VP of business development of Wrench. “Fleet managers can’t afford to have vehicles out of service for days, especially during this difficult time when fleet operations are essential to the health and safety of consumers. With Tirescanner, our teams now have access to the most extensive network of trusted tire retailers in the country. Our mechanics can now deliver comprehensive tire care wherever and whenever fleet vehicles need it, helping them stay on the road with zero hassle.”

“When we launched our nationwide mobile tire install service, our vision was to transform the way consumers and fleets buy and install their tires. The future of tire buying is the biggest range, the best prices, same day install by mobile van or in-store anywhere in the country and most importantly the very best customer experience. That is what Tirescanner is all about. Wrench and Tirescanner are driving change in an industry that has seen little improvement in the way vehicle maintenance has been done. Through this partnership, we’re going to help change the way Wrench fleet customers approach tire buying by eliminating unnecessary downtime, multiple phone calls, price gouging, and a lack of consistency, said Mike Welch, President and CEO of Tirescanner.
