Join WIFM and Cynthia Thurlow for this one hour webinar focused on quality of life issues facing professional women today. All are welcomed to join.
Are you a successful woman who is tired of being tired? Are you overwhelmed with responsibilities to family and work and don’t have sufficient time to take care of yourself, or even sleep well? Are you frustrated with weight gain and food cravings that you have not dealt with before?
It can be confusing to make sense of all the conflicting advice you hear from well-meaning family and friends on the internet or in magazine articles.
During this webinar, we will discuss sleep, self-care and the influence of digestion and hormones on our quality of life.
About the Presenter
Cynthia Thurlow is a Western medicine trained nurse practitioner with a background in ER medicine and cardiology. She developed a passion for the complex, inter-relationship between nutrition and health after her oldest child developed severe, life-threatening food allergies as a toddler and later received a functional nutrition certification. This permitted her an opportunity to see how the needs of her own patients, clients and family were not being met.
Last year, Cynthia left her NP career behind after 15 years, and now is an entrepreneur focusing on empowering women and families on the integral relationship between health, nutrition and wellness. Her niche is supporting women with food sensitivities, adrenal, digestive and hormonal issues, which translates into issues with energy, weight gain and food cravings.
