Wheels, Inc. was honored with two silver Stevie® Awards in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service.
In the Best Customer Feedback Strategy category, Wheels was recognized for its approach in utilizing the voice of its customer. Wheels captures the voice of its customer in a variety of ways such as client satisfaction surveys, client advisory board meetings, and service-based satisfaction surveys. Each piece of feedback is reviewed by Wheels’ leadership and business unit teams to determine how best to incorporate the information into its service delivery.
“Leveraging client feedback to create the best service experience is a foundational component of our success,” said Ahsan Rahim, chief operating officer at Wheels. “We’re honored to have our processes recognized for their impact on our clients’ businesses.”
In the Most Valuable COVID-19 Response category, Wheels was honored for its Business Continuity Team’s proactive approach in serving clients, many of which are essential service providers. The team was established years before the COVID-19 pandemic to handle any type of natural/man-made disaster or emergency event that might impact operations. In early 2020, the Wheels Business Continuity Team created a specialized taskforce to handle the pandemic’s impact to the supply chain. From daily taskforce meetings to the creation of a specialized COVID-19 Resource Center, the team sought every precaution to ensure clients’ businesses were not impacted during this challenging time.
“In the toughest working environment in memory for most organizations, 2021 Stevie Award winners still found ways to innovate, grow sales, please their customers, and secure new business,” said Stevie Awards President Maggie Gallagher.
