Every year at I&E NAFA Fleet Management Association recognizes a select group of members who have developed unique ideas that solve problems and save money for their organizations.
This year’s winners of The Larry Goill for Quality Fleet Management Ideas Award are:
- Jose Gallardo and Max Nelson of AAA Arizona, who recognized the need for a comprehensive employee safety program.
- Robert Martinez, Executive Director, Support Services Bureau for the New York City Police Department, who expanded his department’s hybrid vehicle pilot program.
- Carl Nelson, Fleet Manager of AM-Liner East, a third-time Goill Award winner, who devised a driver log scoring system.
Each of these recipients has a compelling story to tell about how they identified the problems and sought the solutions that earned them this coveted award. Read more
