Three Companies Up for Stevie Awards, NCSFA and ARI Benchmarking Study, TomTom and LoJack Form Strategic Alliance

ARI, CEI, and Wheels Up for Stevie Awards
The 7th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service organizing team has named three fleet industry companies to the list of finalists… ARI has been nominated for the Contact Center of the Year category for providing superior customer service to fleet managers and fleet vehicle drivers when issues arise relative to maintenance and accidents. The CEI Group, Inc. was named a finalist in the Call Center of the Year category for its commitment to providing the highest levels of service to its customers, which include insurance companies, fleet and risk professionals, and fleet drivers across the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Wheels, Inc. was named a finalist in the Sales & Customer Service category. Wheels’ Workforce Management Team made the shortlist for Back-Office Customer Service Team of the Year. The WMT is a team of staffing experts that utilizes a combination of advanced technology and best-in-class processes. Government Fleet Policy & Procedure Benchmarking Webinar
National Conference of State Fleet Administrators and ARI are conducting a free webinar to review and discuss the results of a comprehensive policy and procedure benchmarking study conducted by ARI last fall. ARI compiled responses from over 70 participating government organizations and now they will review the results of this study in a free webinar on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 2:00 p.m. CST.
