All things considered, January wholesale price patterns were pretty normal. There was a seasonal uptick relative to December, though the overall price softening pattern continued during January. It was milder than year-ago levels. Off-lease volume continues to grow and put downward pressure on prices; severe weather patterns restricted retail demand from offsetting the off-lease volume impact.
