Mark Klein joined Safelite AutoGlass® in 1990 as Fleet Manager and was promoted in 2003 to Strategic Account Manager, so his experience on both sides of the desk has given him a unique perspective on the industry. Mark also chairs NAFA’s Affiliates Committee.
