RTA Earns 2022 Great Place to Work Certification™

The Benefits of Finding the Right Software Solution for Your Fleet

RTA: The Fleet Success Company is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work®. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at RTA. This year, 100% of employees said it’s a great place to work – 43 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

RTA Earns Great Place to Work“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that RTA is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”

“Over the last few years, we’ve been really intentional about designing an amazing culture,” said RTA CEO Josh Turley. “I felt like we had done that, but honestly, anyone can say they have a great place to work and be full of it. Very few companies can say they are an independently certified “Great Place to Work”. I wanted to find out exactly how good our culture was. In my goal of creating a place that didn’t suck, I needed to know how I was progressing.”

Josh Turley, CEO RTA“We spend the majority of our waking hours working,” Turley added. “Life is honestly too short to be miserable at your job. I wanted to build a place where people came to work excited, and alive, and helps them feel fulfilled. Having the Great Place to Work conduct the anonymous survey and show us exactly where we did really well in that, and where we could stand to improve is exactly what I was looking for. “

“What I hadn’t planned on was the overwhelmingly positive response I got from my team,” Turley said. “I fully expected that we would do well, maybe an 80% passing score or so. I couldn’t have predicted that we’d have a 100% positive rating. There are few feelings in the world that compare to receiving that validation and the reward of knowing we were making that kind of impact in our people’s lives. It was totally worth the time we’ve put into the culture, as well as the certification process.”

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
