“Over the last few years, we’ve been really intentional about designing an amazing culture,” said RTA CEO Josh Turley. “I felt like we had done that, but honestly, anyone can say they have a great place to work and be full of it. In my goal of creating a place that didn’t suck, I needed to know how I was progressing.”
