RoadFlex and Rosco Vision Partner to Deliver Safer, Smarter Fleet Management Solutions

RoadFlex and Rosco Vision Partner to Deliver Safer, Smarter Fleet Management Solutions

RoadFlex, a leading fuel and expense management platform, announced a strategic partnership with Rosco, a trusted leader in fleet vision safety solutions for nearly 120 years. The partnership brings together RoadFlex’s AI-powered fleet card and expense management platform with Rosco’s cutting-edge camera, AI, and safety technology to deliver safer, smarter, and more cost-efficient fleet operations for government and commercial fleets.

Through this partnership, fleets using Rosco’s AI-powered dash cameras, collision avoidance systems, and cloud-based safety software can now seamlessly integrate with RoadFlex’s Fuel Risk Management Platform. Together, the combined solution provides:

  • Universal Fleet Card + Safety Tech Integration – Connect every fuel and expense transaction with Rosco’s driver behavior and safety insights for a unified fleet view.
  • Real-Time Fraud & Risk Alerts – RoadFlex’s purchase controls pair with Rosco’s telematics and vision data to flag high-risk driver or card activity instantly.
  • Lower Costs & Safer Operations – Agencies and businesses can reduce preventable accidents, eliminate fuel waste, and improve compliance through automated reporting.
  • Procurement-Ready Access – Government fleets can procure RoadFlex and Rosco solutions via cooperative purchasing contracts (e.g., Sourcewell), expediting adoption and ensuring compliance.

“Fleet managers shouldn’t have to choose between safety and efficiency,” said Mary Akhavan, VP of Partnerships at RoadFlex. “By combining Rosco’s proven safety technology with RoadFlex’s AI-driven fleet payment platform, we’re giving fleets the tools they need to reduce risk, save taxpayer dollars, and modernize operations.”

“Partnering with RoadFlex brings powerful new capabilities to RoscoLive. By combining our industry-leading video safety and telematics platform with RoadFlex’s AI-driven fuel expense management, fleets gain a smarter, more complete solution for safety, visibility, and cost control. Together we’re helping fleets reduce risk on the road while driving real operational savings” says John Fontana, Senior Director-SaaS and Video Solutions at Rosco Vision.

This collaboration highlights both companies’ commitment to equipping fleets with modern technology that lowers costs, enhances efficiency, and ensures compliance.
