PHH Arval announced that Patricia Furgiuele has been promoted to senior vice president and general manager, Canada, joining the PHH Arval North America Leadership Team. Additionally, driven by growth within the western division and growth overall in the Canadian market, PHH has added staff to the Calgary, Alberta office.
“Pat’s mission will be the continued enhancement of our service solutions with data-driven processes, creating offerings that are unique to our respective clients,” said Jim Halliday, president of Canada and chief business development officer for North America, PHH Arval. “In addition, she will align the company’s operations, marketing, product development and consulting efforts to support these critical areas.”
Furgiuele joined PHH in 2011 as the Canadian finance leader. During her time with the company she has strengthened PHH’s business by championing a number of process and system improvements within finance and across the organization. She most recently served as vice president of business development for PHH. In her new role, Furgiuele will be focused on positioning the necessary service strength to PHH’s customers, ensuring the company has the best team possible to deliver unique solutions that will help drive clients’ businesses forward.
Furgiuele has previously held executive leadership roles at Bell Canada, OMERS and Assurent while gaining experience in the fleet, technology and property investment industries with sales, business strategy, customer service and finance responsibilities.
She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in business administration.
