Nation Safe Drivers Earns Great Place To Work® Certification™

Employee feedback recognizes NSD’s people-first culture, welcoming workplace environment, and commitment to growth

Nation Safe Drivers (NSD), the leading provider of white label roadside assistance and F&I solutions, announced it has earned the prestigious Great Place To Work® Certification™ for May 2026 through May 2027, a recognition based entirely on employee feedback about their workplace experience.

According to survey results published by Great Place To Work®, 75% of NSD employees say the company is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. The survey also found that 86% of employees said they were made to feel welcome when they joined the organization.

The certification highlights NSD’s continued investment in building a workplace culture centered on collaboration, accountability, employee development, and continuous improvement as the company advances its long-term Mission 2030 growth strategy and “Powering What Moves You” brand platform.

“At NSD, our people are the engine behind everything we do,” said Rich Holland, CEO of NSD. “This recognition reflects the commitment, care, and teamwork our employees bring to the business every day. We are proud to be Great Place To Work-Certified™, and even more proud that this recognition comes directly from our team members and their experiences working at NSD.”

The company’s Great Place To Work® profile also highlights employee perspectives around responsibility, inclusion, flexibility, and workplace environment, with employees citing a culture where individuals are empowered to contribute and grow professionally.

For more than 60 years, NSD has supported partners and customers through roadside assistance, automotive protection products, claims administration, technology solutions, and white-label mobility services. The company describes itself as a “people-powered technology company,” emphasizing employee ownership, operational excellence, and customer-focused service.

“Culture is something that has to be built every day,” Holland added. “As NSD continues to evolve and grow, we remain focused on creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and connected to the work we do for our partners, customers, and communities.”

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience. Certification is awarded based on validated employee feedback and an independent assessment of workplace culture and trust. Research from Great Place To Work® shows Certified™ workplaces experience stronger employee retention, engagement, and employer brand recognition.
