NAFA IFA Helps Global Fleet Managers Make Sense of a Chaotic World

The world is not the most predictable, calm place these days. Fleet managers with global duties, however, need to know what’s going on in the world. More than that, they need good, solid tools and strategies to do something about it.

NAFA’s International Fleet Academy (IFA), taking place November 5-7 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, FL, is the trusted global fleet education conference that cuts straight to the heart of international fleet concerns and operations. On Wednesday, November 5, a panel will explore the crucial differences between diverse regions. Built on data from several key industry resources, these panelists will conduct an interactive discussion involving a myriad of cultures, levels of fleet experience, and personalities.

“Fleet managers with global oversight cannot go into their work with blinders on, especially when they have to send vehicles into areas with severe regional differences,” said NAFA Chief Executive Officer Phillip E. Russo, CAE. “The answer is to know the region, the people, and the data coming to you about the places where your drivers will be. That’s not something that comes automatically with global fleet duties, but that’s something fleet professionals can learn at IFA.”

NAFA’s International Fleet Academy is designed specifically to meet the needs of those who manage fleets outside of the United States and Canada, and offers fleet professionals the tools to gain understanding, and the opportunity to discuss the problems and challenges they’re facing with some of the brightest minds in global fleet management.

NAFA’s International Fleet Academy helps attendees build the specialized skills needed for the expanding and changing fleet environment across diverse world markets. Attendees will leave with a standard of excellence for their dealings within and outside their organization, with customers, suppliers, and drivers among others. The conference is a “must” for companies and organizations with global fleets, as well as corporate global fleet managers; corporate fleet directors; procurement specialists; corporate executives with reporting responsibility for their organization’s fleet operations; fleet personnel who assist fleet managers and directors in their global fleet operations; and fleet managers, directors, and executives who want to learn more about multi-national fleet operations.

“NAFA recognizes that there are fleet managers who are on that ‘need-to-know’ basis, and that is why the International Fleet Academy was created,” said Russo. “The IFA provides the tools and knowledge to make difficult times and processes more manageable.”

For a limited time, attendees who register before September 30 can take advantage of early-bird pricing. More information is available at: www.nafafleetacademy.org
