Mid-American Truck Parts, LLC Announces Strategic Acquisition of Great Plains Urethane Distribution, Inc.

Transaction Strengthens Patriot Aftermarket Partners’ Central U.S. Market Presence and Distribution Network

Mid-American Truck Parts, LLC, based in Olathe, Kansas, announced the completed acquisition of Great Plains Urethane Distribution, Inc., a leading distributor headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The strategic transaction positions Mid-American Truck Parts to significantly expand market reach for Patriot Aftermarket Partners‘ product portfolio across the Central United States.

Great Plains Urethane Distribution serves as the exclusive distributor of Patriot Aftermarket Partners’ products, which includes the flagship Patriot Liner® brand, across ten Central States. As part of the acquisition agreement, Paul Reber, President and founder of Great Plains Urethane Distribution, will remain with the organization for an extended period to ensure seamless operational continuity and maintain the company’s established reputation for exceptional customer service and technical support.

Mid-American Truck Parts, LLC was established to facilitate this acquisition, with Patriot Liner® spray-on bedliners forming the cornerstone of its long-term growth strategy. The combined organization will focus on expanding market penetration in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

“This acquisition represents a significant milestone in our commitment to advancing the Patriot brand and strengthening its market leadership across the Central United States,” said Bobby Combs, General Manager of MidAmerican Truck Parts, LLC. “Great Plains Urethane Distribution has built an exceptional reputation under Paul Reber’s leadership, and we’re excited to build upon that strong foundation while ensuring our customers continue to receive industry-leading service and technical support.“

Josh DeLaune

Josh DeLaune, President of Patriot Aftermarket Partners, added, “Great Plains Urethane Distribution has been an exceptional distributor, building tremendous brand loyalty and market presence throughout the Central region under Paul Reber’s outstanding leadership. We’re excited about the future with Mid-American Truck Parts as our new distribution partner.

“This transition positions us perfectly to leverage the strong foundation Great Plains established while bringing fresh resources and expanded capabilities to not only better serve our existing dealer network, but also to actively recruit and onboard new Patriot dealers across these key markets. Our dealers provide retail and fleet customers with bedliner solutions, Patriot Rust Defense undercoating, complete aftermarket accessory upfitting services, and the full range of Patriot branded products, and we see significant opportunities for growth in these territories.“

The transaction is expected to create operational synergies while maintaining Great Plains Urethane’s established customer relationships and service standards. The combined organization will benefit from enhanced operational scale, streamlined processes, and the integration of complementary expertise to drive efficiency and growth. With Paul Reber remaining with the organization for an extended period and the resources of Mid-American Truck Parts, the acquisition ensures seamless continuity for existing customers while creating new opportunities for market expansion and service enhancement.
