LeasePlan USA has been recognized as one of The Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces. Creating award programs to employees for providing excellent customer service was a big part of Lease Plan being named. LeasePlan has been working on creating an engaging environment for employees, where they can interact and are rewarded for delivering excellent customer service to clients. This has included a recent implementation of an online rewards program for peers and management to reward employees with points for efforts that demonstrate the company’s core values and exceptional customer service.
On a regular basis, senior management communicates LeasePlan’s company goals to all employees. In addition to recognition, LeasePlan creates an open environment, where leadership values the opinions of employees and encourages creative thinking.
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback from a survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 37 major publishing partners and recognizes a list of 150 National Top Workplaces.
