Jen Gordon Promoted to Merchant’s Fleet Southeast Sales Team

Merchants Fleet is pleased to announce Jen Gordon has been promoted to a full-time sales role as a Regional Sales Manager for its Southeast Team. Gordon will be responsible for new client acquisition & retention efforts in Virginia and North Carolina. Previously, Gordon served as a Product Sales Consultant/Account Manager at Merchants and was responsible for the strategic growth of various product lines.

“Jen has long played a critical role in supporting and enabling our sales teams, so it was a natural choice to bring her into this role as we continue to expand our Southeast presence,” said Dusty Cummins, Regional Vice President of the Southeast Region. “We’re proud to welcome her fleet expertise to the Southeast team, and we look forward to seeing what she accomplishes for her clients.”

Gordon first joined Merchants in March 2012 as a community relations coordinator and eagerly moved into the fleet management division, focusing her efforts in marketing, products, and services. She has a comprehensive understanding of prospective and existing client accounts and has experience in direct selling, deal strategy, and fostering opportunities through various sales channels. Prior to joining Merchants, she worked at Intown Manchester, where she collaborated with business owners to market the downtown area through promotions, events, and newsletters.

Gordon received her bachelor’s degree at West Virginia University and her master’s degree in business administration at Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Greater Manchester Class of 2015 through the Chamber of Commerce.

“During my time at Merchants, I’ve greatly enjoyed being able to work alongside our sales teams and deliver innovative solutions to clients,” said Gordon. “Working here has empowered me to grow professionally, and I’m excited to see what the future holds in this new role.”
