IntelliShift and Data-Basics’ SAMPro Expand Fleet and Field Service Integration with DBFleet

Integration of DBFleet and SAMPro Enterprise Delivers Real-Time Visibility, Lower Costs, and Smarter Resource Allocation

IntelliShift, a connected fleet intelligence platform for safety and operations teams, and Data-Basics Inc., provider of SAMPro Enterprise field service and construction management software, announced expanded results from their DBFleet integration. The joint solution unifies fleet intelligence with business operations, enabling real-time visibility, cost savings, and improved resource allocation.

Leveraging over 20 years of expertise in business and hundreds of years collectively as fleet experts, IntelliShift enables businesses with fleets of vehicles and heavy equipment to easily access all fleet operations and safety data from a single platform. Data-Basics’ SAMPro Enterprise enables service and construction firms to streamline operations, integrate field service and construction management, and increase revenue while lowering costs. Together, the two platforms deliver the context and visibility that organizations need to elevate field service operations.

“Our partnership with Data-Basics and the integration of DBFleet directly fuels IntelliShift’s mission to empower organizations to make informed operational and safety decisions,” said Greg Mattes, Chief Product & Technology Officer at IntelliShift. “By uniting fleet intelligence with business operations in one platform, we’re redefining how organizations boost efficiency, ensure safety, and drive sustainable growth.”

Since launching IntelliShift and SAMPro integration, customers have reported significant advancements across fleet and field service operations. Organizations are reducing payroll discrepancies by validating work order times against actual vehicle movement, shortening technician travel times by aligning routes with live work orders, and improving scheduling accuracy through real-time visibility – all of which contribute to leaner, more reliable operations.

IntelliShift’s integration with SAMPro’s DBFleet software brings fleet and business data together in one view. IntelliShift gathers data like GPS location, routes, vehicle diagnostics, fuel usage, and driver behavior, while SAMPro gathers business data like work orders, payroll, and workflow management.

In addition to making real-time dispatching decisions, DBFleet combines Intellishift’s route data with SAM-Pro’s work order status changes and reported payroll labor to validate payroll against actual vehicle movement. Variances are automatically highlighted, helping managers quickly resolve discrepancies. DBFleet also combines work order details and GPS travel/stop data to provide historical reporting for easy reference.

“Partnering with IntelliShift has allowed us to deliver unmatched visibility and operational intelligence to the service and construction organizations,” said Che Baird, President of Data-Basics. “By combining SAMPro’s robust business management capabilities with IntelliShift’s advanced fleet intelligence, we’re helping our customers not only reduce costs and streamline workflows, but also gain the confidence that their payroll, scheduling, and resource utilization are accurate and optimized.”

IntelliShift and Data-Basics will continue to expand the DBFleet integration to deliver deeper insights across safety, compliance, and operational workflows, helping organizations future-proof their service and fleet operations.
