Jon Toups, President of Masterack, LLC, a JB Poindexter & Co business, is pleased to appoint Gabriel Marrero to the position of Director, Human Resources. Marrero will be tasked with aligning Masterack’s organization and enhancing all business functions.
Marrero joins Masterack with over 20+ years of Human Resources Management experience. His skills and expertise include employee relations, performance management, recruitment, safety, coaching, continuous improvement, and benefits administration. He most recently served as the Site Human Resources Manager for Alpha Technologies, Inc. Before that he also served in several Human Resources Management roles at BioLab, Inc., Harris Waste Management Group, Inc., etc. His vast knowledge and skills will serve Masterack well.
Speaking about Gabe’s appointment, Toups stated, “Gabe is another important piece to our company. He comes to Masterack with not only many years of Human Resources experience but the right strategy to enhance our business functions and company culture. We are lucky to have Gabe join our leadership team & look forward to seeing him help continue to build out our organization.”
Marrero has a BA from Webster University and has completed Advanced Lean Manufacturing Principles & Advanced Human Resources Studies. He also completed his Graduate Studies in Human Resources from Devry University.
