Dock411 Places 12th on Freight.Tech 100 List — ‘Most Innovative and Disruptive Companies in Freight’

Dock411, a freight technology provider focused on helping shippers increase capacity, was awarded 12th place on the Freight.Tech 100 list which recognizes the most innovative and disruptive companies in freight.

A panel of industry experts narrowed the Freight.Tech 100 list to select Freight.Tech 25. Nominations for the list come from FreightWaves readers.

The results of the competition were announced November 12, 2018 at FreightWaves’ MarketWaves 18 Conference in Dallas, Texas.

Craig Fuller, CEO at FreightWaves, said, “Dock411 was the youngest company on the list, but they have a lot of fans that support their platform and their vision of assisting drivers with the first and last 100 feet on each load. Their high ranking is reflective of the judges recognizing the need for their product, as well as the enthusiasm of their audience to support them.”

Dock411’s co-founder, Dan Serewicz, accepted the prestigious award. “Dock411 is truly honored to be on the Freight.Tech 25 most innovative and disruptive companies in freight list. This further validates our mission of providing the industry’s best facility data to people who need it and deserve it,” he said.

Dock411 provides important dock information that shippers, carriers/brokers and drivers use to make their day easier. Dock411 has standardized the information that allows shippers/receivers to list and share their dock’s information with drivers.

The information provided helps increase capacity, reduce driver downtime and generate greater profits for the entire supply chain.

Mark LeGrand, Dock411 Vice President of Sales, added, “After having literally thousands of conversations with individuals at organizations that are challenged with the lack of facility information, Dock411 developed a robust tool that reduces driver downtime, reduces preventable accidents on site and increases revenue.

“It is no coincidence that the solution Dock411 has developed has met the end users’ expectations by listening to their needs. However, it is very humbling to be recognized as a Freight.Tech 25 winner with so many other iconic technology companies.”
