Merchants Fleet is proud to announce that Brad Jacobs, VP of Fleet Consulting & Product Development and Hari Nayar, VP of Electrification & Sustainability have been recognized by the Business Intelligence Group’s 2022 Sustainability Awards for their work on Merchants’ Fleet Electrification program. The Sustainability Awards honor those who have made sustainability an integral part of their business practice or overall mission.

Merchants’ Electrify Fleet program is an innovative ecosystem of OEM and infrastructure partners designed to provide resources and insights to help clients make a seamless and cost-effective entry into EVs. As a result of the program, over 5.2M miles were driven by Merchants Fleet clients’ EV fleets in 2021, saving an estimated 1.4K metric tons of CO2. Merchants continues to help drive fleet electrification in North America with 40,000 electric vehicles reserved, and $2.5B committed toward having our mobility fleet 50% electric by 2025, and 50% of our clients’ fleets electric by 2030.
