BMW is rolling out its new i3 electric car and hybrid versions and may not be offering competitive price incentives. The i3 EV may start at $34,500 and the hybrid version is expected to cost about $2,000 more. Deliveries are expected to start up in Europe with the EV version in November and the hybrid a few months later. The i3 is expected to make delivery to the US soon after Europe.
