Alain Duez Joins the fleetcompetence Group

Due to the ongoing high demand for independent fleet and mobility consulting services, fleetcompetence expands its international team with Alain Duez.

The fleetcompetence Group has grown significantly over the past two years, now covering 40 countries with a team of more than 55 national and international fleet and mobility experts around the globe. In order to keep pace with the growing demand for fleet and mobility consulting services, Alain Duez has taken an International Senior Consultant role within the international team.

Alain is a former Regional & Global Director at Accenture with international background. He is a professional with 30 years’ experience in Software development, HR, Finance, with a strong focus on Procurement Strategy with in-depth experience in Fleet & Mobility Management. In this role, he led several strategic audits, supported new business development, and excelled in personnel development and coaching.

In 2015, Alain created his own business with a focus on Fleet & Mobility and Procurement Strategy. He served several international and local companies, supporting them in defining the best options to sustain their respective business, using his negotiation skills to bring added value in cost optimization and leveraging level of services.

The fleetcompetence Group supports Corporate Clients in developing, implementing and monitoring their international fleet and mobility strategy. The typical project steps include a detailed potential analysis, tracking of mobility patterns, the definition of an international fleet / mobility strategy, execution of tendering programs, policy design and the execution of the implementation of identified optimisation potentials, including tool-based result monitoring.
