Meet the Keynote
Mike Pitcher, author and speaker on his book, “The Seven Elements of Leadership for a New Breed of Leader”, provides decades of experience in sales and executive management. His career includes executive leadership positions at Pitney Bowes, Dell Computers and LeasePlan USA.
Under Mike’s leadership, LeasePlan USA improved the bottom line 450% in 8 years, and increased the return on equity by 7 times.The company also enjoyed an 82% “highly engaged” work force evaluation by an independent third party, one of the highest levels of engagement ever rated by this firm.
Mike is a resident of Atlanta, Georgia where he lives with his wife Sheri. They have four daughters, and five grandchildren.
