ACERTUS announced its strategic acquisition of Guardian Auto Transport, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion efforts. This latest move solidifies ACERTUS’ commitment to strengthening its platform with best-in-class logistics, now supporting large-format vehicles.
“Strategic partnerships and investments are core to ACERTUS’s ability to serve the needs of our customers and deliver a full suite of vehicle logistics services,” said Trent Broberg, CEO of ACERTUS. “The acquisition allows us to expand our capabilities while fostering Guardian Auto Transport’s deep and lasting relationships with Fleet Management Companies (FMCs). We are excited to welcome Mike Bulshteyn, Eric Field, and the entire Guardian Auto Transport team to our platform. Together, we are poised to operate as one trusted partner, delivering superior service and value to our clients.”
“Our aspiration has always been to lead as the complete logistics solution for the automotive sector. Joining the ACERTUS team allows us to expand our service offerings, ensuring we consistently exceed our customers’ expectations,” said Mike Bulshteyn, Co-Founder and CEO of Guardian Auto Transport. “The platform brings increased operational support, advanced technology, and a robust infrastructure to enhance the delivery of a world-class customer experience. While our dedicated professionals continue to provide exceptional attention, our customers and vendors will now enjoy the added benefits of ACERTUS’ suite of services, including storage, title, registration, and more.”
Acquisition is effective immediately. This is the sixth transaction for ACERTUS whose parent company MetroGistics purchased MetroTitle, Amerifleet, McNutt, VehicHaul TMS, and most recently, RCG Logistics. TD Cowen served as exclusive financial advisor to ACERTUS in the Guardian Auto Transport transaction.
