Reindeer Logistics Expands Leadership Team to Position for Growth

Reindeer Logistics, an industry leader in vehicle shipping and moving services, is preparing for strategic growth. The company proudly strives to deliver on its promise of real. personal. service. To accomplish this goal, the company has made some key appointments and changes to its leadership team.

Troy Peterson

Troy Peterson, a transportation and logistics industry veteran of 30-plus years, joined Reindeer as the Senior Director, Transportation on July 1. His background includes the United States Navy and experience in fleet management, remarketing and auto auctions. He will be working from the company’s Indianapolis headquarters.

Debbie Boyce

CEO Debbie Boyce said, “As we realign our efforts to drive a great service experience, Troy will be the perfect partner with our carrier compliance department to ensure our drivers are delivering every vehicle with care.”

Doug Oettinger

The company also welcomed Doug Oettinger as Reindeer’s Senior Director, Premier Solutions on July 1. His more than 25-year career focused on title & registration, strategic account management and training & development. Oettinger will work remotely from his home in Washington, D.C.

“We’re excited to have Doug join us and partner with multiple departments to develop new services for our international clients,” said Boyce.

In addition to the new team members, Reindeer has promoted two of its long-term employees. Katie Weissert has been promoted to Senior Director, Account Management. Since she joined Reindeer 18 years ago, Weissert has worked across several different departments including quality assurance, account management and sales. She was also an integral part of the development of the account management department alongside the company owners.

Jessica Clark has been promoted to Senior Director, Customer Experience. Over the course of 13+ years at Reindeer, she has held a variety of roles in quality assurance and the claims areas. Clark is poised to lead the Customer Experience team by building and growing the company’s efforts focused on customers.

“I am very excited to have these two alongside me as we work to understand how we can be even better partners to our clients,” said Boyce.

Boyce added, “I’m so proud of the entire Reindeer team and their tenacity to continue to grow the business despite high interest rates and low home sales. I believe in them and the work they accomplish every day as we drive our strategic growth plan together. With the leadership we have put in place, I look forward to a very bright future for Reindeer.”
