Wheels, Inc. hosted a successful 2017 Results+ Fleet Performance Summit October 25-26 in Chicago. The annual Summit brought together more than 100 Wheels clients to showcase fleet management success stories, network and share best practices with peers.
The open forum allows clients to hear first-hand about initiatives their peers have taken and receive direct feedback to their questions. “It’s wonderful to see the level of engagement, collaboration and partnership between our account teams and our clients, and to celebrate the improvements they have achieved together,” said Suresh Rajapakse, Vice President of Client Relations at Wheels.
During the Summit Wheels recognized 20 clients who achieved notable recent successes in the five Results+ optimal fleet categories: Total Cost Management, Fleet Administration & Ease, Risk Mitigation, Integration & Control and Driver Productivity & Satisfaction. In addition, a client representative from each of Wheels Results+ categories paired with their Wheels Account Manager to present the strategies, processes and evaluation methodologies that contributed to their strong fleet performance.
Now in its 5th year, Wheels’ Results+ Summit has become a must-attend event. This year’s Summit attracted a record number of Wheels clients who are both seasoned professionals and newer to fleet. “Every year it grows; clients are asking for more networking opportunities where they can learn from each other and take away ideas that they can put into practice in their own fleets,” said Laura Jozwiak, Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Relations at Wheels.
The Summit concluded with an industry focused discussion led by Dan Frank, President & CEO of Wheels. The dialogue covered industry trends, the current economic climate and his point-of-view on autonomous vehicles.
