Nicolas Crescent Named Sales Director Europe at fleetcompetence

Nicolas Crescent will be responsible for the development of new customer relations in close collaboration with the Group’s global Partner network.

Nicolas Crescent has been active in the rent-a-car and fleet leasing industries for almost 25 years, having an extensive international experience in Sales & Marketing in B2B service-based solutions, international fleet management, mobility management and car leasing.

He joined Hertz Corporation in 1992 where he held various commercial positions within the rent-a-car division such as Regional Sales Manager and Corporate Accounts Director.

Since 2003, Nicolas Crescent was acting as International Key Account Manager, International Sales Manager, Head of International Sales Existing Accounts, increasingly took on international roles up to the position of Senior Business Development Manager at ALD S.A., ALD Automotive Group’ Holding.

Having a strong track record overseeing both business development and sales operations in highly competitive B2B servicing industries, Nicolas Crescent will contribute to identify customer needs at early stage with the aim to propose customized fleet and mobility consulting solutions at national and European level. Hereby, he will integrate the international Partner network of more than 55 specialized consultants into his activities.

The fleetcompetence Group supports fleet operators in developing, implementing and monitoring their international fleet and mobility strategy. The typical project steps include a detailed potential analysis, the definition of an international fleet and mobility strategy, execution of tendering programs, car/mobility policy design and implementation of identified optimisation projects, including tool-based results monitoring.
