Linxup Introduces Driver Coaching Sessions

Linxup Introduces Driver Coaching Sessions

Linxup Introduces Driver Coaching Sessions to Help Fleet Managers Improve Safety Using Telematics Data

Linxup has introduced Driver Coaching Sessions, a new feature within its Driver Coaching Dashboard that helps fleet managers take immediate action on risky driving behaviors, schedule customized coaching sessions, and document progress within their Linxup portal. By leveraging Linxup vehicle tracking insights for personalized, trackable coaching, the tool makes it easier to reduce accidents, lower liability, and keep drivers engaged.

The Coaching Dashboard highlights key alert data and driving trends, making it easy to prioritize risks, identify at-risk or high-performing drivers, and create customer Coaching Sessions with flexibility to adjust over time.

Coaching Sessions makes it easy to conduct customized feedback sessions based on driving trends and alerts, and track progress over time without juggling paperwork or manually digging through hours of video footage. This approach not only improves fleet safety and efficiency, but also helps lower insurance premiums, reduce vehicle wear, and improve fuel utilization.

Fleet crews benefit too. Receiving consistent feedback and recognition for improvement through shared “Driver Notes” helps build trust within the team and reduces employee turnover.

“Coaching Sessions bring key insights from the field front and center, so customers know exactly where to focus to make a real impact with their fleet,” said Joe Marcotte, Senior Director of Product at Linxup. “We’ve worked hard to take the guesswork out and save teams time — all while giving them a simple, effective tool to help guide their drivers toward safer habits.”

Linxup continues its mission to deliver practical, easy-to-use tools that centralizes vehicle tracking, dash cam monitoring, equipment tracking, and tool tracking. That means quick access to critical information to improve the safety, security, productivity, and efficiency of every vehicle, asset, tool, and employee.
