LeasePlan USA’s Mike Pitcher to Release New Book on Leadership

The company’s president and CEO will introduce his new book, “Seven eLements of Leadership for a New Breed of Leader,” at the upcoming NAFA I&E.

LeasePlan USA President and CEO, Michael A. Pitcher, will be at LeasePlan’s coffee lounge during next week’s NAFA Institute and Expo to discuss and sign copies of his new book, “Seven eLements of Leadership for a New Breed of Leader.”

Under Pitcher’s leadership, LeasePlan USA has been recognized as a top workplace for its Atlanta and Chicago locations every year since 2010. According to his book, the seven elements — Laugh, Learn, Listen, Language, Lagniappe, Legacy and Love — are essential for leaders to succeed.

“The Seven eLements of Leadership are so simple that you could make a case that they are common sense,” he writes. “However, the issue for leaders today is that the eLements are not common practice.”

LeasePlan USA invites fleet managers attending the NAFA I&E to stop by the coffee lounge during any of the official coffee breaks Tuesday through Thursday. There, they can enjoy barista-served coffee and a chance to receive an exclusive copy of the “Seven eLements of Leadership for a New Breed of Leader,” signed by Mike Pitcher, prior to the book’s official launch in late May.
