IntelliShift, the next-gen fleet intelligence platform for safety and operations teams, announced the appointment of Kerynn Holtzman as its new Chief Experience Officer (CXO), effective immediately. As a part of the executive leadership team, Holtzman will focus her efforts on providing IntelliShift customers with a best-in-class customer experience.

Holtzman brings over two decades of experience in the telematics, transportation and logistics sectors, having worked with industry leaders like EROAD and SkyBitz. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a strong focus on customer lifecycle management and a proven ability to drive growth and operational excellence.

In her new role, Holtzman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience at IntelliShift. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.
