Holman Parts Distribution Named to the 2017 Best Places to Work in New Jersey List by NJBiz

Holman Parts Distribution® was named to NJBiz’s 2017 Best Places to Work in New Jersey list, coming in at number 53 among small/medium-sized companies.

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey awards program recognizes and honors the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life.

Holman Parts Distribution was recognized for its Partners in Excellence® (PIE) employee engagement program and exceptional workplace culture that emphasizes a proper work/life balance built on trust, flexibility and open communication.

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program is made up of 100 companies split into two groups: 65 small/medium-sized companies and 35 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees).

Established in 2005, the awards program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment throughout New Jersey. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The evaluation process was managed by Best Companies Group who also analyzed the data provided and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
