NETS is Looking for Managers of Middle- and Last-Mile Delivery Fleets to Complete a Short Supply Chain Benchmark Survey
NETS has partnered with The University of Colorado School of Public Health (CO SPH) to study fleet safety practices of last-mile and middle-mile delivery fleets operating in the U.S. supply chain. The results of this study will inform future supply chain fleet safety initiatives for NETS. The 20-minute survey is voluntary and anonymous.
What companies can participate? Companies with driver fleets (employees and/or independent contractors) that deliver to:
- Stores or homes (i.e., last-mile delivery)
- Warehouses or distribution centers (i.e., middle mile, logistics companies)
- Other locations (e.g., customer yards)
Who should complete this questionnaire?
Ideally, fleet managers, because they are familiar with the drivers, vehicles, and safety policies of their driver fleet. However, someone from human resources, risk management, or the safety department may also have this information.
Don’t have a delivery fleet but contract with companies who do? Please share this survey with them!
