FinditParts Announces Leadership Transition: David Seewack Named Chairman, Matt Schweickert Appointed CEO

FinditParts, a leading online supplier of heavy-duty and commercial vehicle parts, announces the appointment of Matt Schweickert as Chief Executive Officer. Schweickert is a seasoned executive and eCommerce strategist with over 25 years of experience. Schweickert succeeds founder David Seewack, who has been named Chairman and will continue to serve on FinditParts’ Board of Directors.

Matt Schweickert

Schweickert currently serves as FinditParts’ Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Schweickert has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, expanding the company’s product strategy, and elevating customer experience. As CEO, he will lead day-to-day operations and drive FinditParts into its next phase of growth.

Seewack founded FinditParts in 2010 as an entrepreneur and longtime commercial vehicle parts industry executive.  His leadership has consistently delivered innovative distribution and digital solutions to the truck parts aftermarket. Seewack will continue to guide FinditParts’ strategic vision, strengthen industry partnerships, and oversee long-term growth initiatives as Chairman.

David Seewack

“I had a vision of building a marketplace where our customers can purchase any OEM and aftermarket part with ease and deliver with excellence. We built the most robust supply chain in the industry, with over $8 billion in available inventory. These leadership changes position us to accelerate innovation, strengthen our market position, and deliver unmatched value to our customers and partners,” said David Seewack. “Matt’s leadership, vision, and dedication make him the ideal person to guide the business forward.”

The promotions were unanimously approved by the FinditParts Board of Directors in recognition of both executives’ contributions to the company’s success. “Matt has shown himself to be an exceptional leader and David’s natural successor,” said FinditParts Board Member, Will Palmer. “We are confident that his proven track record of success scaling data driven businesses in conjunction with his executive experience will propel FinditParts’ growth and continue to grow its unique position in the market.”
