Element Fleet Management Announces Leaders in Operations, Operational Excellence, Fleet Partnership Solutions and Strategic Consulting

Element Fleet Management Corp. today announces recent changes to its North America Senior Leadership team.

The changes include the retirement of Tom Keilty after more than 20 years with the company, and new and expanded leadership roles in Operations, Fleet Partnership Solutions and Strategic Consulting.

“These are skilled leaders who are focused on our customers and advancing the customer experience. This is an important time in Element’s journey and I am extremely pleased with each of these appointments,” said Kristi Webb, president and CEO, Element Fleet Management, North America.“First, I want to thank Tom Keilty for his many contributions to our business. Tom has played an invaluable role in bringing together our Operations teams, and providing his expertise, guidance and customer focus to the Element leadership team.”

Element leaders in new and expanded roles are:

  • Ken Johnson is now Senior Vice President, Operations, taking over for Tom Keilty and reporting to Kristi Webb. A seasoned leader, Johnson brings deep knowledge and understanding in the areas of Six Sigma, Sales and the customer experience to the Operations team.
  • Mary Sticha has been named Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence. As Element shifts from integration to innovation and continuous improvement, Mary continues to deploy her vast knowledge of every aspect of fleet management for the Element team and customers. Mary reports to Kristi Webb.
  • Joe Cuccia will lead Fleet Partnership Solutions, assuming the role held by Ken Johnson. Joe has had a critical role across the company and will bring his deep operations knowledge and finance experience to Element’s premier fleet management team. Joe reports to Jon Parker, Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Tom Peterson, Managing Director, Midwest Region, will now also lead Element’s Strategic Consulting team. Peterson’s sales and account leadership and finance experience will strengthen Element’s Strategic Consulting team, one of the broadest and most experienced in the industry. Tom reports to Jon Parker.
