Donlen’s Beth Wills to Present “Using Data to Enhance Fleet Policies” Session at NAFA 2017

Donlen announces that Beth Wills, director of Fleet Administrative Services at Donlen, will be one of the subject matter experts presenting at the Using Data to Enhance Fleet Policies session.

The session will be held at the 2017 NAFA I&E in Tampa, Florida on Tuesday, April 25 at 10:30 a.m. EDT.

The 2017 NAFA I&E offers fleet professionals a full week of high quality fleet management education sessions, which are current and relevant to their success.

During the Using Data to Enhance Fleet Policies session, attendees will learn:

  • Key components of an effective fleet policy
  • How to define clear expectations of vehicle use
  • Using data to enhance fleet policies
  • Tips for handling common controversial policies, best practices for implementing policies, and how to track policy compliance

NAFA attendees interested in learning more about effective fleet policies can visit booth #401 on Wednesday from 2:30-3:30 p.m. to speak with our experts and pick up a copy of Donlen’s whitepaper, “Developing a Best-in-Class Fleet Policy.”

“The fleet policy is a company’s most important fleet document, and the key to any fleet’s success,” said Wills. “Fleet professionals will walk away from this session with invaluable, actionable fleet policy tips that they can implement in their own fleet to ensure fleet policy effectiveness. I am excited to present alongside one of our valued partners.”

Wills has worked in the fleet industry for more than 13 years, and has been with Donlen for more than 11. In addition, she has an extensive background in customer service, with 19 years of experience. Wills has held several roles at Donlen, including account executive, regional customer service experience manager, and currently director of Fleet Administrative Services. As director of Fleet Administrative Services, Wills leads the team responsible for helping customers develop and manage their fleet policies.
