Donlen Receives 2019 Best and Brightest Award for 5th Consecutive Year

Donlen, a fleet management leader that develops innovative fleet technology solutions and offers a proactive, hands-on approach to customer service, announced  it has been named a 2019 Best and Brightest Company to Work For in the Nation winner. It is the fifth consecutive year Donlen has won this esteemed award.

“We’ve invested in our workplace culture and it really shows. It’s such an incredible accomplishment for Donlen to once again be named a recipient of this award,” said Donlen President Tom Callahan. “We’re fortunate to have some of the most engaged, caring, and passionate employees in the industry. After all, happy employees lead to happy customers.”

Since 2011, the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation award has recognized companies that exhibit a commitment to excellence in operations and employee enrichment that lead to greater productivity and financial performance.

“With the war on talent hitting the door steps of the Best and Brightest, this achievement means even more than it did a year ago,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of Best and Brightest Programs. “As we continue to raise the bar, these companies rise to the challenge through cultural innovation, maximizing their workforce potential.”

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation winners will receive their awards at the Best and Brightest Illuminate Summit March 24-26, 2021 in Dallas, Texas.
