As we enter another month and another season, I want to ask you some questions.

Consider this: Do you go to work just to pay the bills or pay your mortgage or do you go to work because you want to make an impact? Impact is defined as the action of one object coming forcibly into contact with another.
Wouldn’t you love to know each and every day you are making a positive impact to the lives and organizations you have been entrusted with? Think about people like Nelson Mandela, Bill Gates, Henry Ford — they made an impact with their life’s journey.
Yes, they made a world-changing impact, but do you know you and I can have the same type of positive impact in our sphere of influence?
Choose today to become more impactful to those around you. What does that look like? What’s that extra or more you can give? More time, more focus, more energy. Or maybe it’s simply more love and more compassion.
