AFLA Announces New Board Members

NAFA Announces 2026-2027 Board of Directors

The Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association (AFLA) announced that the AFLA membership recently elected four new members to the 2025-2026 Board of Directors. These individuals will provide strategic vision, insight, and direction through their elected positions, lending diverse expertise and broad industry knowledge to the association.

Linda Ellis, Fleet Lead Americas for UCB, was elected to serve as Secretary. “Simply honored to accept the position and very grateful for the vote of confidence afforded to me by my colleagues across the fleet industry,” said Ellis. “As we go, we certainly go in unison to navigate and explore the rapid innovation of our respective business segments, individual roles, and overall need to match the operational demands that we face today. I’m extremely excited for the opportunity and look forward to working with the Board to drive the meaningful impact that this wonderful community of fleet professionals will benefit from.”

Sherry Calkins, Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Accounts at Geotab, was elected to serve as Director, Allied Service Provider. “I’m excited to contribute to the AFLA Board of Directors by ensuring allied service partners are actively involved in shaping the future of fleet management,” Calkins said. “By bringing diverse perspectives and innovative solutions to the Board, we can enhance the association’s financial health and achieve its strategic objectives for industry excellence.”

Katie Cole, Southwest Regional Sales Director at Flexco Fleet Services, was elected to serve as Director, Dealers & Remarketers. “I’m honored to have been elected to the AFLA Board as Director, Dealers and Remarketers. It’s a privilege to serve an organization that has played such an important role in my professional journey. I’m excited for the opportunity to support others in our industry and contribute to AFLA’s continued success in a meaningful and impactful way,” said Cole.

Adam Seifert, Vice President, Fleet Advisory & Analytics at Inspiration Fleet, was elected to serve as Director, Strategy. “AFLA plays a unique role in helping fleet professionals build relationships, share real-world lessons, and adapt to change,” Seifert said. “I’m excited to support that work by helping AFLA plan for what’s ahead while ensuring members get value they can put into action today.”

“On behalf of the entire Board, I extend a warm welcome to our new Board members,” said AFLA President Karyna Zarate. “We are thrilled to have your talent, experience, and dedication join us as we continue our work to advance AFLA’s mission and the fleet industry. Your perspectives are invaluable, and we look forward to a productive and collaborative journey together.”

The new AFLA Secretary and Directors begin their terms with the conclusion of the AFLA 2025 Annual Conference, Seas of Knowledge, September 14-17, in Marco Island, Florida.
