Yes, it’s late to be preparing your marketing strategy for NAFA I&E. In fact, it’s the 11th hour, and a lot of people are scrambling (we’ll never admit whether that’s the case here at FMW, of course). That said, there’s still a whole lot that you can do to make sure your team has a very successful experience at NAFA, as is most elegantly laid out in today’s column from Ed Pierce.
For example, make sure your sales team has a clear plan to meet as many customers and prospects as possible; create a NAFA I&E information packet for your company attendees with aschedule of events, company activities and assignments.
