New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo is getting the word out on distracted driving, a week after a new driver safety law targeting young drivers went into effect. Young drivers with a junior or probationary license will now face a 60-day suspension or revocation for distracted driving. There will be a lot more unmarked vehicles out on the road in order to give troopers a better vantage point to catch texting drivers.
