Wheels Wins Silver Stevie® Award for Sales and Customer Service

Wheels, Inc. was named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the 15th annual American Business Awards.

Wheels’ Integration Services team was honored in the Customer Service Team of the Year category for its innovative quality-engineered approach to onboarding new and existing clients.

In 2016 the team transformed client onboarding into a customized process that embraces client goals and objectives while proactively driving quality improvements that set the stage for long-term success.

Integration Services embraced Lean Six Sigma methodology, incorporating data visualization software and collaboration tools to ensure every client’s assets, data and processes are moved into the Wheels system with the highest level of accuracy while minimizing the onboarding timeline.

Using the new process the team established a standard onboarding timeframe of 8-12 weeks or less for new clients and reduced the standard onboarding time for existing clients’ service setups by 60%. The team consistently receives high client survey scores and has earned a 100% client referral rate.

“Wheels is committed to providing excellent customer service that supports each client’s vision of success. To demonstrate our commitment Integration Services created a process that’s unique in the industry. It enables Wheels to take a strategic approach to onboarding so that we can identify and make improvements for clients during their transition,” said Kurt Paquin, Senior Director, Solution Services. “We’re pleased that the judges recognized the investment we’ve made in the Integration Services team and our onboarding process.”

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales, business development, contact center, and customer service awards.  More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Final judging was performed by a select committee of more than 190 executives from businesses worldwide.
