CEI Promotes John Wolford to VP of Business Process, Quality and Sourcing

The CEI Group, Inc. has promoted John Wolford to vice president of business process, quality, and sourcing.

Mr. Wolford is a 28-year veteran of CEI who oversees the client services team that is responsible for the day to day management of CEI customers, the loss recovery team responsible for subrogation collection – which totaled over $54 million in 2016 – and the salvage operation that sell total loss vehicles for CEI’s clients.

Wolford also oversees the CEI network team that manages the supply chain that has over 4000 collision repair shops including 900 truck shops, and the quality control team of licensed appraisers that review estimates for safety, quality, and cost effectiveness. That group saved over $17 million for CEI customers in 2016.

“I am particularly pleased to announce the promotion of John because he is the epitome of integrity and unconditional dedication,” says Claudia Smolda, Chief of Staff and CEI co-founder.  “He always gives 100 percent in his relations with our repair shop owners, vendors, strategic partners, and employees.”
