Wheels Hosts 11th Annual Results+ Fleet Performance Summit

It was the celebration of the year for Wheels last week when they hosted their 11th annual Results+ Fleet Performance Summit. More than 200 clients representing 175 organizations congregated in Chicago to participate in what is now the largest corporate buyer forum in the fleet industry.

The Summit is about celebrating client success – recognizing leadership and hard work, with the goal of achieving excellence together. “This event offers a unique opportunity to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another, always keeping our client needs at the forefront,” said Suresh Rajapakse, Senior Vice President of Client Management. But the Results+ Summit is much more than an event he goes on to explain, “It is a methodology, a philosophy in partnership, focused on collaborating with our clients to enhance their fleet’s performance, address industry challenges, and drive improvement initiatives.”

Shlomo Crandus

Wheels’ CEO, Shlomo Crandus, explained, “Results+ is a significant platform not just for learning and collaboration, but also for celebrating accomplishments and fostering innovation and creativity.” The focus is our clients because, he said, “they are the most valuable asset any company could hope for.”

During the Summit, Wheels honored 19 clients who have adopted new strategies and executed creative solutions to achieve excellence. The Results+ Summit award winners were nominated in the following Optimal Fleet Performance categories: Operational Efficiency, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Risk Mitigation, Cost Optimization, Driver Satisfaction, Revenue Generation, and Compliance.

Laura Jozwiak

To shed further light on achievements, several Wheels’ clients presented on stage and participated in panel discussions. This year’s Summit also featured a discussion entitled, “Mobility Around the Globe” with panelists from Wheels’ global partner, Ayvens. Annie Pin, Chief Commercial Officer, Gavin Eagle, Managing Director, both from Ayvens, and Laura Jozwiak, Wheels’ Chief Client Officer, provided valuable insights into the evolving landscape of mobility, sustainability, and fleet management from both American and European perspectives. Annie remarked how intimate, friendly, warm and welcoming the atmosphere for such a large gathering. She said, “It is amazing to see the magic of authentic client centricity.”
