Wheels Honored with Two Prestigious Stevie Awards

Wheels is honored to be recognized with two 2024 American Business/Stevie Awards: A Silver Award for Thought Leadership in the Fleet Industry Category, and a Bronze Stevie for Achievement in Diversity & Inclusion.

More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for the Stevies this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. We are proud to have been recognized in two significant areas, as both categories are at the heart of Wheels’ culture and vision.

The Thought Leadership category recognizes organizations that have taken active measures to develop their executives and employees as thought leaders, promoting their expertise within their organization and throughout their industry at large. Significant thought leadership combines expertise, relevance, authenticity and inclusivity. Through the years, Wheels’ expertise has consistently provided value and impact to the industry through freely shared content.

Wheels’ leaders have traditionally shared their decades of industry expertise and always demonstrated the willingness to educate peers with valuable brand-agnostic content– this respected approach often gives Wheels top billing in publications and at industry events. This Stevie is at the core of Wheels’ values and mission.

The Bronze Stevie for Achievement in Diversity & Inclusion recognizes of recent initiatives that build and support DE&I efforts for our customers, employees, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Wheels’ very proactive DE&I program is unique in that it has merged the programs of three legacy organizations, making the whole so much more than the sum of its parts. Leadership’s passion for diversity and equity helped to move the needle and the program has thrived under the guidance of Karen Henry, AVP People Engagement.

In looking back over the past year and a half, it is gratifying to review all that has been accomplished. We look forward to our roadmap for our DEI future including employee resource groups, inclusive policies, community engagement and further development of a safe and inclusive work environment.

The Stevie Awards hold significant importance in the business world, recognizing the achievements and positive contributions of organizations globally. We are thrilled to have won awards for many consecutive years and are especially proud to have been recognized in these two very important categories.
