LeasePlan USA Recognized Once Again on Top Workplaces List

LeasePlan USA is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Top Workplaces for 2015.

LeasePlan has created a solid foundation for its employees. Support, respect and an open door policy are just a few of the factors that contribute to the happy and successful employees. Employee engagement and growth are primary focuses for this fleet management provider. LeasePlan created an employee engagement committee that dials in to everyone’s needs. Whether employees are rewarded with jeans week for providing excellent service for their clients, or throwing a company picnic so employees can enjoy time with their friends and family, there is always a reason for employees to celebrate. LeasePlan stands firmly on the belief of a work and home life balance. Creating opportunities for flexibility and support from each manager, allows employees to have a life outside of work.

On top of employee engagement, LeasePlan recently adopted new training opportunities. Employee growth and development are very important to LeasePlan, and they find every opportunity to allow each individual to further their career within the organization. One new program called Insight, takes a group of employees and prepares them for future leadership roles. “It’s clear to me that LeasePlan is committed to investing in its employees and its future. And the Insight Program is a prime example. I’m excited to be part of the inaugural class and have this amazing development opportunity,” said Corinne Ryan, client activation analyst. “So far, I’ve experienced a fusion of 360 feedback, mentorship, training, team projects and hands-on learning that will undoubtedly help further my career and leadership skills.”

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners across the United States. Over the past year, more than 5,000 organizations and 1 in every 88 employees in the U.S. have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what’s on the minds of their employees. Through its workplace improvement offerings, WorkplaceDynamics provides solutions, training and tools to help clients improve their workplace.

“I am both excited and honored to be recognized on the 2015 Top Workplaces list for the fifth consecutive year,” said Mike Pitcher, president and CEO of LeasePlan USA. “Our employees are a top priority at LeasePlan. By providing the right tools for development and keeping engagement high, we’ll continue to deliver on our promise of making it easier to leaseplan.”

Atlanta Journal-Constitution published the complete list of Top Workplaces on March 22, 2015. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists and WorkplaceDynamics, please visit www.topworkplaces.com and www.workplacedynamics.com.
