Daniel Wolak, Donlen Contact Center Supervisor Achieves World Class Technician Certification

Donlen announced that the Auto Care Association has awarded Daniel Wolak, Donlen Contact Center Supervisor, the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) World Class Technicians certification.

“All of us at Donlen are so proud of Dan’s achievement,” said Bill Byrnes, Donlen Vice President, Contact Center Operations. “His experience of more than 15 years in the automotive industry and this specific recognition continue to add world-class expertise to our already existing staff of multiple ASE-certified technicians.”

Wolak has more than nine years of experience providing technical advice to Donlen customers. In addition, he has an associate’s degree in automotive engineering and a bachelor’s degree in automotive management.

The Auto Care Association-ASE World Class Technicians Award began in 1986. Since that time, only 1,914 technicians have qualified for this prestigious distinction.
