CEI Announces Three Managerial Promotions

The CEI Group, Inc., a fleet driver management company, announced the promotions of Carol Gillespie, Kathy Latzko, and Jen Redanauer.

Carol Gillespie has been promoted to senior director, operations and training development.  The 30-year CEI veteran has assumed additional responsibilities throughout her career and now oversees the day-to-day claims operations for CEI, including driver customer care center, claim workflow management, quality assurance, and training development.

CEI’s customer care center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and includes a team of over 100 customer care and quality assurance agents in our accident management operations. The team provides extensive experience and service deliverables in its handling of over 700,000 calls in 2016.

Kathy Latzko has been promoted to vice president, human capital operations. Latzko joined CEI in 1986 and has been in key management positions in its Human Resources department since 1993, holding the SHRM SCP designation. She has been instrumental in managing the company’s employee growth while maintaining its award-winning culture.

She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies to enable CEI to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. She is a member of the CEI Operating Committee and is involved with the operations planning of CEI.

Jen Redanauer has been promoted to Director of Human Resources and Facilities, providing counsel to management on employee-related matters. She is currently earning a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Her career with CEI began in 1996, and her responsibilities also include employee relations, culture and overall development, compensation and performance management, and workforce planning.
