ARI Recognized as One of the Best Workplaces in Canada

ARI, was recently named among the “Best Workplaces in Canada – Large and Multinational” list for 2017. Coming in at number 32, this is the first time the company has been named to the Canadian listing.

“We are incredibly proud to be recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada,” said Rick Tousaw, senior vice president and general manager of ARI Canada. “At ARI, we seek to foster a culture that is supportive, collaborative and based around a sense of family. We invest in the development of our employees and their well-being because at the end of the day, our success as a business is the direct result of their hard work and dedication.”

ARI was recognized for fostering open, transparent, two-way communication between the employees and leadership, as well as its intensive on-boarding program and its internship program, designed to thoroughly prepare participants to take on full-time employment at ARI after graduation.

Tousaw continued, “Our employees are really second to none. Each day, they go above and beyond for our customers, they invest in themselves via our internal training and development program, Holman University, or through other external training programs, and most important, they support each other. Whether it is celebrating a small victory or the achievement of a personal milestone, our employees lend a helping hand when needed and always stay focused on creating an atmosphere of teamwork, cooperation and understanding. Quite simply, our people care for each other, and that is what makes us special.”

The list recognizes the top 50 companies in Canada with more than 1,000 employees. Research from the Great Places to Work Institute shows that list winners outperform the stock market as compared to their rivals when it comes to talent retention. Additionally, their research shows that these companies demonstrate higher levels of productivity than their peers.
