ARI to Host Jay Leno Garage Party and Knowledge Sessions at 2018 NAFA Institute & Expo

ARI experts to share insights during four educational sessions and the Garage Party headlined by Jay Leno promises to be the can’t-miss event of this year’s NAFA I&E

ARI® will once again expand its presence at the annual NAFA Institute & Expo held April 24-27 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. Headlined by the Garage Party with legendary comedian Jay Leno, ARI will also lead four educational sessions on topics important to fleet professionals and sponsor the keynote address featuring motivational speaker Jody Urquhart.

Kicking off this year’s NAFA I&E will be an ARI sponsored keynote address by best-selling author and former stand-up comedian Jody Urquhart. During the keynote, scheduled for Tuesday, April 24 at 9:00 am in the 3rd floor ballroom, Urquhart will challenge attendees to break free from their comfort zone to navigate the future with a sense of urgency and vitality.

Additionally, ARI’s team of experts will offer insight on some of today’s most critical fleet management challenges during four educational sessions:

• Fleet Savings Initiatives to Start Today – Wednesday, April 25 at 11:45 am; room 213A ARI’s Sara Church will lead a panel discussion that focuses on key areas of potential cost savings and efficiency gains. Jeff Cole, ARI’s director of strategic services, will join the panel of industry experts to share how a strategic fleet program can help control costs and support key business objectives. The panel will also feature ARI client Red Hawk Fire & Security sharing firsthand knowledge and success stories.

• Engage Your Stakeholders to Advance Fleet Goals – Wednesday, April 25 at 11:45 am; room 210A ARI’s Peter Nogalo will explore several challenges specific to public sector fleets. Tailored for NAFA’s government educational track, the session will look at comprehensive strategies that fleet managers can leverage to demonstrate the value of public fleet assets to help garner trust and support for their program.

• Fleet Complete: Integrated Supply Chain Strategies to Control Fleet Costs – Thursday, April 26 at 2:00 pm; room 213C Peter Nogalo will also moderate this session and he will be joined by ARI’s Jeff Cole, Auto Truck Group’s Director of Strategic Account Initiatives Sean Otterberg and Holman Parts Distribution’s Manager of Logistics and Operations John Conte. Attendees will learn proven strategies for effectively managing the fleet supply chain process to ensure on time delivery while minimizing the total cost of ownership.

• Fleet Disrupted: Lifecycle Management for the Future – Thursday, April 26 at 3:45 pm; room 213C Tony Candeloro, senior vice president of technology and operations at Holman Strategic Ventures, will share his views on the disruptions poised to alter the landscape of fleet management and the automotive industry as a whole. The session will emphasize the importance of understanding the future of mobility and how shifting dynamics in consumer transportation will affect businesses. Candeloro will also discuss the new processes and technologies necessary to be successful and make informed decisions about how to prepare fleets for this disrupted future.

ARI’s NAFA lineup will culminate Thursday evening with its main event, the Garage Party featuring comedian and iconic late night host Jay Leno. Amidst more than 40 professionally restored classic American cars at the Highway 39 Event Center, Leno will entertain guests at what promises to be the can’t-miss event of this year’s NAFA I&E.

In addition to ARI’s expanded presence at NAFA, fellow Holman Business Services’ companies Auto Truck Group and Holman Parts Distribution will be exhibiting at booth #425 and Kargo Master at booth #151.
