Art Liggio, Driving Dynamics President, to Speak on Coaching Techniques for Non-Safety Professionals at the AFLA Regional Forum in Tampa

Driving Dynamics president Art Liggio, will head up a Leadership Safety Coaching session at the 2016 Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) Regional Forum held at the Sheraton Suites in Tampa Florida.

This session, which will emphasize coaching techniques for non-safety professionals, is scheduled for Thursday February 25, 2016 at 9:00 am.

Liggio, a risk and insurance management executive with more than 30 years of experience helping businesses manage risk and mitigate losses will share a coaching method during the presentation designed to remove the barriers of communication between a supervisor and fleet driver regarding critical safety issues that can directly put that driver at risk.

The learning objectives of this presentation will include:

♦ Personalizing and using risk management data in a one-to-one format

♦ Understanding the 5 levels of communication

♦ Using open-ended questions

♦ Implementing a 4-step coaching process
