LeasePlan USA is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Chicago Tribune Top 100 Workplaces.
LeasePlan creates a unique culture where employees can openly share their ideas and opinions. To help employees share and implement new ideas, LeasePlan created its Quality Improvement Process, a program that allows employees to improve a process with the client experience in mind. There have been 60 employees enrolled in this program since its implementation in 2007 with a graduate currently residing in every department within LeasePlan. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
